¤ Portrait of Chief ¤
Installed in France since several years, one of the tenors of the African Diaspora in Paris, Marcel BOUM, or "le Lion Indomptable" as call it its close friends, opens to you the doors of “Africa in miniature”.
It could have been a boxer, with insight of his physique or actor thanks to his humour regularly punctuated by many bursts of laughter.
This forty–old-year born under the sign of the Lion, is a restorer, and not the least, because the African establishment that it directs acquired a beautiful reputation in Paris.
Arrived to France for studies of mechanics, its passion for the music initially involves it in an activity of production, but the pleasures of the mouth end upcarrying it.
1986: Marcel directs the team of the restaurant " le Mini-Resto " - 46, Rue des prisonniers - 75018 PARIS 1989: Marcel directs the team of therestaurant L'équateur " - 151, Rue Saint-Maur - 75011 PARIS 1995: Marcel joined the discotheque " Le Nelson " - 93 MONTREUIL 1998: Marcel Opens to the restaurant " Le Lion Indomptable ", supported by his team, Isabelle VERHNES and like godfather Manu Dibango, the accomplice of always.
Thus the shortly after the Worldcup of 1998, supported by his wife, it decides to open a restaurant that it names "Le Lion Indomptable".
“It is the music which gives me this humour, regularly punctuated by many bursts of laughter. I am originating in Cameroon, I assert without complex the statute of epicurean who combines the delights subtle of the music and the good flesh.
I propose each month to you to discover new publications at the restaurant.
By listening to my musical selection at the restaurant, no need to take a charter, you are there.
I am a jovial man, and… it is the music “.
